Here at Christinenhof, your day starts with fresh bread and rolls, crafted in a Hamelin bakery.
Along with self-cooked jams, we offer you honey from our own apiary.
For breakfast, we use organic eggs exclusively and we predominantly buy regional, and seasonal ingredients. In addition to products from the weekly market, we use apples from our own meadow orchard for our apple juice, for instance.
Enjoy various self-made salads, tarts, and tureens and treat yourself to some fine selection of meat-, and fish specialities, such as roast beef, Vitello tonnato, or self-marinated salmon.
